A well deserved success awaited Free after the release of their 3rd album, `Fire and Water' on the early summer of Riding the crest of the British blues rock boom along with contemporaries Led Zeppelin and Fleetwood Mac, Free seemed more precocious then those bands (Andy Fraser was only 18!) and also seemed to wallow in the traditional misery that blues music sprang from/5().

  8. Aug 19,  · Free albums on first UK pressings, but condition is paramount for me personally. I'd really love to see a few more really well done reissues of early Island albums. Besides the first few Free albums, Traffic could use an excellent reissue on vinyl. For fans of the genre and label, there is a Spooky Tooth box set now available too.
